SafeHabits collects only the minimum information required to provide optional SMS reminders.

- Reminder interval (3, 6, or 12 months)

- Account credentials
- Location data
- Browsing history
How your information is used
If you sign up for SMS reminders, your phone number is used only to send the reminder messages you requested.
We do not use your phone number for:

Messages are sent only on the schedule you choose.
SMS communications
If you opt in to SMS reminders:
- You will receive a confirmation message
- You will receive reminder messages on your selected schedule
- You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP
Message frequency is limited to the reminders you request. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
Cookies and tracking
SafeHabits does not use:
- Advertising cookies
- Analytics trackers
- Third-party tracking pixels
Basic server logs (such as standard web hosting logs) may be collected automatically by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes.
Third-party services
SafeHabits uses trusted third-party services only to operate core functionality, such as:

- SMS message delivery
These services are used solely to support SafeHabits and are not authorized to use your information for their own purposes.
